I think we are given free will to make decisions about everything from what we eat to who we like and dislike.
This free choice was given to us for a few reasons.
1) To learn from our experiences and mistakes.
2) To give us the freedom to make what we chose for
our lives happen or not happen
3) To determine where our soul or spirit will end up.
So to sum it up,...one big test with a outcome determined by you.

Free will to make decisions, to make the choices, true indeed. Great when we make the right ones. If not, we suffer or bear the consequences but this path of experiences lead us to make the better directions. We live on and make good and bad choices but we continue...to learn and become better persons, what we keep is what we share to the world. And become responsible for all our contributions as everything else that we do also affects people's lives. The color of one's soul reflects all these.
