For those of you who remember, I was up for a promotion at work. Finally after months of waiting, they finally offered me the position today. As far back as a month and a half ago, I was told that they decided on me, but they were waiting for approval from higher up. Then a few weeks ago, I heard the whole thing was on hold. Today I was not expecting it at all, in fact I was not feeling good and was leaving early when the boss told me to come see her before I left. I thought "Uh-oh" when she said that, but went and sat in her office. Then the other boss came in and shut the door. At that point, she said "I know you are not feeling well, but I have some good news for you." At that point I knew they were giving it to me finally, and I suddenly felt a lot better. So now I am an Assistant Performance Manager, and things should start looking up. Thanks for everyone that prayed for me!
