hello liqingwei, Its ok you'll be better the next time you take it. :-) I think it helps when you practice your oral english at home in front of the mirror regularly and find someone that you can talk to in english on a daily basis. As the saying goes "practice makes perfect".
You can also have your family gather around and perform your oral english in front of them days before the exam. It helps to overcome your nervousness and train you how to calm yourself when speaking in public.
Hope I did give you some helpful advise. Goodluck!

Take some deep breaths before you start, and just know that all the students in your class will be just as nervous as you are! Mind over matter...

i'm very nervous when i have a oral English test. and i don't perform bad too. besides, i think i just respond the questions in written English. frankly, i'm not confident in my oral English, so if there is a test, then i must be nervours, so i hope you can speak to others in English as possible as you, then you will feel it is common to talk with others, and when you have a test, then you dont think it is a test, but a chatting with others.
good luck.
