The new myLot?!

I have not been able to receive or send emails for the past weeks between getting massive amount of emails with in a few minutes and I then was massive over quota with my server. I think thing are back in order so I logged onto myLot to find the format has all changed I have mail (red envelops) I click on however nothing happens??? I also try and go by to my discussions I started to respond to any who wrote back to me and can not get there either??? Is it me or are many of the myLot family.... having problems ??
