what controls you, brain or body....when both commands which do you follow

It is the mind that makes the decision that make us react to whatever obtaining circumstances. Take for example a person who underwent heart transplant. The old heart is discarded and the new heart is foreign body actually to the recipient. But still the recipient has his/her former disposition and so the heart only follows the dictates of the mind but it is the heart that feels.

well it will be pity filmy to say go with the heart,but i would still say go with it...decision from brain is pity much tactful and outcome may not be that great...with heart u know what u doing.
