Ben Affleck has directed a film called Gone baby Gone. It has supposed similarities with the McCann case.
The release for the UK has now been delayed for this reason.
A little girl is taken from her bed after her mother leaves her alone in the house.
The child actress who stars is called Madeline O'Brien and not only sharing a name with Madeleine, she is said to resemble her also.
Do you think this should be released or delayed as planned. I'm in two minds at the minute. Yes the McCann case is still fresh but would the film not be a good provoker of emotions in the event that she is still alive. It will be an insight into the raw emotion one must feel when the realization hits you.

OMG that is spooky isn't it, it is strange how these things seem to happen, I think it should be delayed as people tend to get fiction and fact a little mixed up, you only have to see how some people carry on about some soap operas and the stars thinking it is all for real.

You are right, I would like to see this film though. It is to be released in December. Whether that is the rest of the world and not here, I am not sure.
I went to Maddys web site earlier today to just read up on what has been going on. Her Daddy writes a blog there. It is so heart wrenching. I would die if this was any of my children. I really do feel for them and in turn am praying so much neither mum nor dad had anything to do with it.
