Do you follow traffic rules while driving?

That's actually the same problem here. Most public vehicle drivers don't follow rules especially when they are aware that they can get away with it. There are some ordinary drivers who do the same thing, though. That's why traffic here, especially in the city is very bad. Everyone wants to get ahead! My fiance, an American, attemted to drive one afternoon along the busiest highway here, and his experience was so bad that he never wants to drive here ever again!
