headaches!

i am always having a headache it usually occur in the evenings....is it stress? hah vacation!

There are kinds of things that set off a headache. They are Bright Light, Yelling, Stress, Sinuses, even Bright lights from a car at night. What I mean by bright light that is the sun and lamps.

A lot of things can set off a headache. Like yelling, the sun, a bright lamp, and even stress. And at night high beams from a car can cause them. I Know I get them all the time.

I am having migraine problems, some times I gethead aches because of stress, I normally take pain killer and have sound sleep.
