How you make your work/job more interesting?

One of the example of those people who doesn't like or even hates their jobs is those CALL CENTER AGENTS. Yeah they are, why? Because they can't avoid that they can always encounter customers on the phone who talks with bad words and they don't even respect the person that on the next line. And so, those call center agents, should be very understanding, polite and cool in such situations like that. That's why i don't like to be a call center agent. Once everything can be handled and managed in such a very systematic methods and patterns, I believe that there will be no more major troubles in our work. The work system flow accordingly to the plan make me exciting or interesting with my job. So I will take care or in another words; always simplified the present work system to make better performance to reach my goal, make me feeling interesting with my job.

I do not have really job and If I would have I would appreciate it so much, so the matter fo I do not like it would be not important for me.All the time you can do something how to make it better at work.Only the colleges can make so big difference.I used to work in company, where I did not earn much, do not really care abot work there, but I find so awsome friends there and that's would made me looking forward going to the work.I think those people who has thies job as a hobby , they are really lucky.It 's nothing better as a go to work with a great feeling.
