after completing the "cure for vampirism" quest for janus hassildor(count of skingrad), sneak to his room while he is sleeping, using an invisibility spell if necessary. wake him up. if you keep choosing the "reward" option when you talk to him. when you do this he will give you 7,500 gold pieces each time. you can keep doing this for an amazing amount of gold.
