I was at the grocery store and i met this old lady at the libe who told me about the a news story broadcasted of a child a 6 year old child having high blood pressure and from eating too much salty fast food. I was so concern about this and was wondering why parents encourage their kids to eat fast food or even give them fast food

I think it's not easy to ban the fast food from kids. The fast food should not be blamed. I am also a fast food lover because it's really fast, ya, also delicious.
It's the business of parents. Think about why kids often eat fast food? If parents can prepare delicious food for kids, i don't think they will be addicted to fast food.
Too much fast food does do great harm to our health, and the main reason is fried and salty fast food. but if we can eat a little more vegetables and fruits at the same time, I think that's okay. So, if parents allow kids to eat fast food, they should prepare some low calorie salad for kids. I always make some vegetarian salad for myself after a fast food lunch or dinner.

I agree with you hundred percent about a healthier fast food and that parents should always give their children healthy food. I also know that we are living in a fast pacing world were everything is ready to go. I think we should start think about not just our health alone but pay more attention to what we feed our kids so they become healthy men and women in our future.
Healthy food are very imnport and we should pay more attention to what we give our kids to eat period
