Do you like Durian?

I love durians.I remenbered I felt strange when I first ate it,but when I tasted it the second time,I love it.And my parents,grandma love it too.

Durian is a seasonal fruit and is popular in my country. We could get it only during the fruit season. I love durian especially its aromatic smell. If we want to choose a quality durian we can choose by smelling it. I am a big fan of durian. During the durian season I normally purchase the unique fruits from a young guy whose durians are always in good quality and of course with reasonable price as well. I like only durians that fresh from the orchard. I don’t like durian cake or durian ice cream at all.

I love durian,..but not as a flavor in ice cream or cake...the only durian flavor which i like is the green beans porridge which cooked with a sugar and the coconut milk and some of the fresh durian as a flavor to the porridge. I just don understand how the nice aroma of the durian become a bad smell to most of the western peoples,...hmmmm...

Yeah I have eaten Durian. I cannot stand the smell its so sad that such a delicious fruit to have a such a horrible smell. I have tried the Ice Cream as well. That is lovely, The smell is reduced in that so much.

I like durian fruit especially those that have sweet taste. The smell does not turn me off either. I also enjoy durian flavours like durian cake and durian ice-cream.

I dont like durian and i dont even try to taste it, the smell of it so bad, though I already see this kind of fruit at the supermarket and in the other places where fruits are selling but i never attempt to buy a single one. Once the smell is not good for me i dont usually try to taste it, many people says that the taste of durian is good but it smell so bad. But once you taste it you will actually like it. For me I am after with the smell..lol!

I've only tried it once. It was delicious but the smell can make your head spin. I think that's a lot of its appeal: under normal circumstances you'd never eat something that smells like that and aroma and taste are SUPPOSED to be closely related. The Durian circumvents that somehow and I think that's extrememly cool.
