As you walk through your day have you done a little ramdom act of kindness lately? Have you held a door for someone or help them when they dropped something or anything like that? Today I held the door for an older couple. She had a walker and he had a cane. They could barely get the door open as it was so heavy so I took just a few minutes and helped them get inside the building. They were so thankful it made my day! Have you taken the time lately to do something little for someone?

we all do random acts of kindness at work. if there is something in the photocopier from someone else's desk (all our printers are hooked up to the photocopier as a main printer) we deliever them to the person (i work for a small company)
even at work random acts of kindness can help!

I try to do something like this each day - holding the door open for someone approaching (young or old), giving some spare change if someone's low on cash, just being the to talk to if somebody needs it, or even just a smile & 'hello'. =]
I know it always makes my day when another does something like this to me, and it definitely keeps my vibe positive all day when I do it.
