the most exciting part in this tv show ist that when mark dacascos is about to reveal the secret ingredient. it made me wonder what dish the competitors will prepare. one episode that i love most is that when the secrete ingredient is lobster. i love lobster very much. you? what is your favorite secret ingredient?

iron chef is the onl tv show i watch regularly inspite of my busy schedule. my favorite secret ingredient would have to be chocolate. i just couldn't imagine how the chefs would make a main dish with chocolate. but the judges seemed pretty pleased with the results.
the most revolting secret for me, however, were the eggs. not that i have anything against eggsor anything, it's just the sight of the ostrich eggs being sawed open didn't seem pleasing to me. that huge yolk made me think of how cute the ostriches at our local zoo and I was like "Nooooo!"
