Use traffic credits to generate traffic?

Hi myloters, I have a stupid idea, have anyone tried to use their credits in manulsurf site to promote another traffic site to get signs up, so you can get credits in return to promote any other ptc, ptr sites, is this stupid or what?

I have done it many times, I get actual good page views from smileytraffic and ts25, but there are several traffic exchanges that seem like a waste of time.... unless you are promoting another traffic generator. I may get no signups for hits4pay or mypowermall at shalomhits or even 5hits.com but With banners and manual exchange at smiley, i do, so i will promote smiley traffic at shalom or 5 and get surfers that want more traffic to signup... so yes. check out www.kenscash.blogspot.com for more on smiley and as always look at my profile here.
