just know that u can't be good in english in a short time. the best way to improve is to have the intention that u want to learn.
first of all, read alot of english material probably newspapers or novels (don't pick up shakespeares, kipling etc. u wont be able to understand these writers). pick up novels like 'the hobbit' or the harry potter series because they are fun to read and ur english will improve at the same time, well u can read agatha cristie if want a thriller. all these books that i have suggested have very simple english.
also have a dictionary with u whenever u read so u can look those words up which u don't understand for meaning.
another suggestion is that u should watch tv. watch channels like star world. the serials can help u improve your english too and u will also develope understanding of different accents of english.
and to improve your speaking, you should start by having conversation with your friends in english.
i think that is all.. good luck

I know only one language, English. The only advice that I can add is to have patience with yourself and never stop trying. Let's see how you are doing at 200 posts! You will get there!

In my opinion, you should try and interact in english as much as u could. Then u may also read fiction books, this would help u in increasin ur englich vocablary, ur imagination power as well as ur spoken english. or one of the way could also be by practicin more and more grammar excercises. you know what when i was in class 5 i had the same problem and the abov thing helped me in improvin my englich

How about reading an English book out loud and look up words you don't know how to pronouce in a dictionary? That is a hard one for me, as it would be hard for me to learn another language. I wish you the best at your journey.

Some things that I will advise to you is for you to have a dictionary. This will enhance your vocabulary skills with new words to learn. It will be much better if you will bring a thesaurus as well. A thesaurus is a book of synonyms and antonyms, so that you could find a much better word to substitute to a particular word. It is also good to answer crossword puzzles.

my advise is to read, write and speak english as much as you can. you can't improve it in a short period. English is my second language as well, it took years for me to be able to speak and write. at least people understands me... hehehhe... :D
