does the work judged by the appearance?

Now everyone is same level, so i think the work doesn't judged by the appearance. Although i know we are hardworking to do our work that need to prove to our boss which we can do better on it!But they cant see what we have done for the company becouse they are not sit beside with us everyday in the office. So i think you need improve your social communication which can communicate more better. You can try to smile and great them when meet them in the office or outside the office. If you not happy in your current company, i think you should change the working environment. Try go to the samll business which there have less people which gossip will be less and will not meet the problems if work in the big company.

I say do not blame it on your looks. I, for a fact, have seen people that are that superficial but there are people who are the complete opposite. I know that it could be difficult sometimes but hard work over runs appearance. It may also depend on what kind of working environment you have. Maybe you should have a change of environment. 8-)
