well i personally i am beautiful. as long as my partner sees me as a beautiful person i would always feel beautiful. no matter what others think of me. i am beautiful. just like the song of Christina Aguilera. that im beautiful no matter what they say. words cant bring me. so dont you bring me down today. Well i like those lyrics. dont you. dont you think its wise if we feel unlovely to believe those truths. though we will have struggle to accept it and believe. just believe every god's creation is beautiful. so you are beautiful too.

Hi there naturalst! I believe in that saying, "Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder" too. I think that people have different preferences about what defines beautiful. There are some people that I find beautiful that others don't. About self-appreciation, I think that in this world where it's like the beauty standards are already set, it's hard to appreciate yourself especially when you're aware of the flaws that you have. I really admire you for being able to appreciate yourself. Sometimes, even the prettiest, sexiest people still have problems with insecurities. I hope to attain that level someday when I'll be fully happy and contented with how I look. Sometimes I do, but there are those days when I don't feel beautiful at all, if not the opposite.
