Punk Brewster ran from 1984 - 1988.
Rags to Riches ran from 1987 - 1988.
My Two Dads ran from 1987- 1990.
I would call them Show's of the 80's actually and I grew up in the 80's watching these. It's funny, I saw someone post something about the 90's the other day and it was ALL from the 80's. I don't know how people keep confusing the two especially when the 80's were so much better!
Beverly Hills 90210 ran from 1990 - 2000.
Step By Step ran from 1991 - 1998.
They would be shows of the 90's. I watched them too. I only watched 90210 until about 1994 though, because then it just got bad. I used to have a huge crush on Luke Perry though! I loved him.

Out of all the shows you have mentioned I only remember watching 90210 and falling in love with Luke Perry :D And thinking Brenda was super cool.
I watched it again earlier this year (first and second season) and argh! Brenda was a pain lol, I can't believe I liked her.

Beverly Hills 90210 was pretty popular here back then especially in our school. Seems like everybody's watching it and everybody's imitating the show's characters. I still remember my classmates fighting over if who's cuter between Brandon and Dylan... LOL ... Melrose Place has become a big hit here too.

Yes, i remember this shows...i was in my teens then and I was addicted with Beverly Hills 90210 and Melrose Plave. I also like a California Dreams, it was kinda funny. I was also fond of the "The Height" and I like their theme song, "How do you talk to an angel?" - The show casts members of the band, The Heights. Another favorite of mine is Sea Quest.
