do you give up on your friends?

well do you think you should give up your friends if they dont listen to your advice. what do you do if they ask advice but they dont follow it. they just do what they want after all though they are doing the wrong things. do you just give up. and you dont want to give any more advice. though you still be his friends. but you dont care anymore what he do because he wont listen after all.
