Improve the English

I am working in a foreign trade company, English is much important to us. But my listening/spoken skill is poor, Here need your help to advise any suggestion. Your help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, I hope there is one person here who give better guidence on this it is Michaeldadona. I hope just go for seach here in mylot. From my side I just could convey that only to go for specail coachig class or crash course.
