How can i make a decent website if it is free?I know very little of html,but i'm lazy to use it.Do i need to use html to make it more presentable?Are toolbars important? what if the free website has a limited toolbar.Do i need an email list to drive readers?Please enlighten me.

What kind of website will you do? Do you have products or you just want a blog? Anyway, if you want a decent blog try to visit http://wordpress.com/. They have nice templates for your blog. Or if you want discussion board try http://www.simplemachines.org/. Or if you want affiliate websites go to http://www.gdi.ws/. Or if you decide to hire a web designer to do your website try to visit my website at http://www.zetrocity.com.

Thank you for your comment,it was very helpful.I'm planning to buy a new digital camera and make a blog about the pictures i shoot,in other words i would like to blog the natural blog and upload a picture to make a blog for that picture.How can i earn from that is it possible?

yes that's possible. you can sell your photos online like gettyimages, or fotolia.com. be a stock images seller.
