i was shocked that rahul dravid has resigned from indian captaincy i dont why he did so but might becuase he want to concentrate more on his batting

ya, i was also shocked when dravid has resigned from indian captaincy. its really bad. but dravid want to play cricket without any tension. so he decided to resign.

yeah the decision just came out of the blue for everyone but i think it was the series against england which played the major part in his decision , He not enforcing follow on in last match and later zaheers comments that he could have bowled non stop and some of his decision in one day games also raised fingers towards his leadership qualities and i think its high time some young guy shld take over from him

Well i expected this,Dravid's batting suffered when he became the captain.Now i hope people really do understand how much pressure Ganguly was under when he was the captain.Ganguly could have resigned to concentrate on his batting ,but he was not as selfish as Dravid was and kept the captaincy in the team's best interests only to suffer later and to be thrown unceremoniously out of the team.I think Dravid swa his future in what happened to Ganguly and was simply too afraid to take a chance.
In world cricket there was never a captain whose game suffered because he was the captain.The meek ones resign only the ones with the fire in them like Ganguly go far.

im realy shocckd at this yaar..he really did his job well..n the pressure on due to bloody politics n some playrs made him to quit
