P.M.S.ing and Cholate?

Does anyone crave CHOCOLATE right before "the time of the month"? I crave it to the point that i will have to stop whatever in doing to run to the store lol.

Yes, I crave chocolate during the time of month too. I keep chocolate candy in my house. What makes us crave chocolate during that time, is it the hormones?

Yes, and here is what is crazy! I craved chocolate within a week of starting my cycle. Now I have had a hysterectomy(sp) and I crave chocolate when that time of the month used to be... LOL How funny is that?

Yeah that is so me. When i know i'm going to get my period I will buy bags of chocolate to keep me satisfied. I would eat and eat and probably gain a pound or more. But then it works out at the end cause i start working out and i get back to my normal weight.
