Am I burning fat or something else? Pls help

I usually wake up in the morning with oil-looking face and truly when i wipe it with tissue it turns transluscent indicating the presence of oil.Meanwhile, i'm kinda skinny guy struggling to put some little flesh on my bones.What actually could this mean and any probable solution ?? both to the above condition and my quest to gain some weight??
