My shoe's heel got detached in front of the crowd ...Help!!

I was hosting a dance mania last Saturday. I was wearing a skyblue fit sleeveless with a blue fit velvet blazer on top of it, a white flaired jeans with a black big buckle on my hips and a pair boots with its 3 inches high heels. I felt comfty on my dress and looks that night. I felt so good. I heared some good comments from the audience which flatters me. I just smiled and ignored it coz I was on my way to took my part on the entrance call. I seen a huge crowd watching us that night. The entrance was cool. It was in the middle of the first part when suddenly I feel uncomfortable on my left foot. When I got to start to walk I realized that my shoe's heel was detached. Hahahahahah At that first minute I really lost my poise and just pretend that my foot is aching! so hilarious!!! It was really 90 percent minus to my looks and poise that night! nyahahahahahah Arrgghhh..I was in the middle of the stage when it happened. I was like...Ouch! 2 seconds, my mind paniced of what should I do yet I still compose my self with poise. Ahahhahaha pretending nothing happened. Gosh! What if you are in my situation, what will you do? Can you give me tips so that if it will happen again I do have some cover ups? Lol
