Would you ever pay someone to build your referrals or downline?

Today while I was on Traffic Swarm, I saw many sites that claim to help build one's down line or referrals. For a price of course. Although, I don't know how they go about building the referrals, I'm not sure if it would be a good idea.
Are these really qualified leads? Do the people that are signing up for your opportunity through a broker, really know what they are getting into? Wouldn't it just be better to cope with a smaller, but more qualified referral tree or down line? What's your opinion on this?

I only got your request for being friend and I just approved it. We have the same idea, why do have I to pay someone to build my referrals or downline. If I will work on it I will work on it, why let others work for it.
Maybe a sister or friend who is not working you can ask but to pay someone to do it, i will not.

I haven't heard anything about that but I don't think I will pay someone to get referrals. I think those referrals won't be active anyway and it wouldn't be really useful for me. I would rather have less referrals but they are interested in the program, I think that's beneficial in the long run.

You can pay them to tell you how to use a splash page to get your own visitors or you could just look at my traffic exchange blog and learn how to do it for free.
Just send me a message and I'll send you the link to my blog.
Hope this helps,

Yes, these referrals are not comming by themselves and so i think they won't be that much active. I don't use this to get referrals but i try to get referrals by my own promoting work thru different sites and blog. I have found all of this kind of referral building sites are almost the same and i joined them but don't use that much. Getting active referral is the most important actually, what do you think?

I have not tried paying to get referrals. I am concern about two things.
1. Is the list of referrals given for real or is it just a list of random names or eamils that they obtained from somewhere.
2. Even if the list is real there is no gurantee that the referrals would be active.
