can you have more than one best friend?

I think it is great that you have more than one best friend. I also have more than one best friend. I will call on these friends during different times in my life. I think that the more friends you have, the better:)

Sounds like april is a very good friend. When i was in high school i had more then one best friend. I guess sometimes that makes it difficult. You might tell someone else that jess is your best friend and april might get upset/jealous. But theres nothing wrong with it. Just make sure april knows that shes your best friend and always will be. Sometimes people grow apart though and that could happen. Like i said i had a couple best friends and it all worked out good for me.

Well I guess so, because I treat all my friends "best." They all have equal treatments for me, as all of them wouldn't be my friends if we don't have anything in common at all. On the other hand, my heart is close to the one I am with at that very moment. So if we are all gathered together, we all make it a habit to have fun and enjoy one another..

Yes, I have more than one best friend, I consider most of my closest friends to be my best friends,they are speial in thir own way and each of them shares a part of my life..Each one is unique and special.

I think you can have more than one. In high school, I had 2 that I hung out with regularly. The three of us were best friends. But we each also had a best friend that the others were acquainted with but wasn't as close to the rest of us.

Yes you can have more then one best friend, But having a true friend is hard to come by. I often find that people who say they have more then one best friend just has a need to be liked, and to have otheres around them.

Best friend can only be ONE. Thats the meaning of 'Best'. There can be many good friends, but ofcourse only one would your best who really knows you internally & externally.

I think theres nothing wrong having more than one best friend, as for myself I have one to three best friend in every organization that Im into, so whenever I need a best someone to talk to, and one is not around, I can go to the other :)

I have four best friends, we are friends since 1988. We were best friends in school, in university and now in jobs and life although we have different categories of jobs and different lifestyle. We share everything among ourself. In school, it was all fund and we were together, we used to see games, movies together, chatted a lot before and after school and even in the class. Same in university where just the mood of gossiping has changed. Whenever we face a problem among us, we share it with each other, and try to give best possible solution. Although these days, everyone of us is busy and meet 1-2 times a month, still we are best friends.
