GetRichClickingAds.com - Scam or Legit?

I joined this PTC website called getrichclickingads.com. It seemed pretty legit until I read the terms. Of course stupid me didn't read the terms until after I spent $6.oo buying referrals. This is what the terms of the website say: 'This is not a website that pays cash all earnings is for advertising purposes. We are not a scam as this is an ad only site. Requesting payout is violation of terms and can lead to termination and is at minimum a donation to the site.' Ok, so did I read that correctly? To me the terms say that the $50 that I have earned clicking these ads and the $6.00 that I spent buying referrals and the revenue earned from my referrals is pretty much a 'donation' to the site and that I will not get paid?? Has anyone ever requested payout with this website? I'm just curious. (((Kicking self for falling for another scam)))
