Call Center or BPO?

I don't work in either, but as a journalist, I do get to meet people from both call centers and BPO's. A call center job is more stressful because of the false accents that the employees have to put on, and have direct interactions with the callers, some of who can be quite nasty. A BPO job has less stressful from that aspect.
