how to widrow money from paypal.

hi friends ,
i m from india ...i m having problem to widrow money from papal...first i requested for check as per there statement they have send us cheque but after ..it has been passing 7 or 8 months i m still waiting for there cheque....after that i requested for stop payment ...then they have charged me $15 for that ...my hard earn money stil stuck in paypal....few days back i visited a site name www.xoom.com as per this site if we have a verified user of paypal then i can have money transfer direct in my bank a.c ...pls share if anybody used xoom before whether this site is genuine or not ....or pls let me know any other way to get my money from paypal...genuine help real appriciated...pls help me.

ya i got the answer i have alreay recieved payment through xoom and nowdays paypal has introduce new feature by which i need not to use xoom paypal is directly transfering money in my bank a.c within two days. so use paypal if its in your country.

i wants to thanks you ...and conferming you that its a really genuine and afficient site to transfer your fund...finally i got my money through xoom. if anybody wants to use it then no need to worry....in india its realable.

Personally, I have always had good service from Paypal. especially if you have bought a product and paid via paypal.
If there is a problem with the product or service, paypal will get you a refund.
In answer to your problem, I would suggest you just make a payment for the full amount you have in your paypal account to anyone you know and trust that has an email address.
Paypal will then email them they can open a paypal account for free. the money will then go into their bank account and you can get your money from them.
