Can you sleep if there is great noise around?

Wow! You are amazing! I can't sleep with too much noise. I hate it and I would definitely go that neighbor's house and tell them to take the volume down a little bit. Noisy neighbors should be taught some little sometimes.

Hi meeniexz! I am never used to finding it easy sleeping where there is noise, but cos of what I went through as a teenager. I had to go out there and work in order to settle my academics problems as well as other problems too. After having and eventful day, I used to get tired and fall asleep despite the noise. Thanks

Wow... that's so easy of you! For me I can go to sleep if there is a television on. But I can't go to sleep if the radio is on. I don't understand why but maybe because in a radio we can listen to the deejay speaking so our brain couldn't rest. Lol. If people talking I also couldn't go to sleep. Chattering neighbors, and anything that has connection to people talking will stop me from sleeping. Other than that, I think I am able to get to sleep almost immediately. Lol. For example if there is fun fair just outside my house I am able to get to sleep. If I live just beside the airport I still can go to sleep easily. That's all from me. Thanks.

It depends, If I'm tired and exhausted, I can very well sleep inspite of noises around, but If I am not tired It would be hard for em to get sleep when it is noisy.

You my friend are blessed. Very few can sleep through all the noise. I cant. The slightest noise wakes me up. Being a light sleeper, I often get up feeling tired. I even get up when I am changing sides !

That depends to the way of sleeping whether you want to hear a music when you sleep or absolute silence. I have many friends in CEBU when i was studying there, You know what they surprise me is that they can still manage to sleep even the stereo is on and the music is too loud to hear. But I dont understand why the can still asleep. One thing I know for sure is that If you trained yourself to sleep while the the stereo is on then you can sleep. Or you can still manage to sleep. Even you can hear some noises when you are very tired or exhausted from you job. B

Hello meenneixz, I cannot sleep if there is a great or loud noise around. I will have a hard time getting sleep if I can hear loud noises like people talking, concert or automobiles. If I do fall asleep it'll be light and its just like I am only closing my eyes for mind is still awake. :-)

It depends, when I'm worn out and tired, I easily fall to sleep no matter how noisy the neighbors are. But it is very different if I'm not tired becaused I can't sleep no matter I do.
