Hello Candyfirst69! Sorry I didn't understand your query clearly, but I think you are talking about the stars that display before the name of the user above his/her avtar.
Stars are the rating or reputation of the users. You'll also have a start with your name when you cross 100 points/posts (the number that appears in bracket next to your name). All mylotter who have crossed 100 points have stars with 1-10 rating.

Hi there, what's been up to lately?
Anyway, well this Star like mine here besides my username is called a Star Rating or MyLot Reputation.
We are getting this Star whenever we get positive rates on our responses in discussions that we responded to.
And also, Star Rating is based on how good we are by responding and posting our own discussion.
Whenever the owner of the discussion marked your response as the best response then you'll start to gain good reputation and if you collected many best responses then sooner or later, you'll see your own Star with your username.
Just work hard and focus by giving your best and good quality responses in every discussions.
Have a nice day ahead from Kiko and happy posting and earning here in MyLot and Godspeed.
