SYMPTOMS OF GUM DISEASE: 1)Gums that bleed or get inflamed during and after brushing and flossing or when biting into some tought eatable. 2)Swollen or tender gums. 3)Teeth that are sensitive to hot,cold or sweet food. 4)Receding gums. 5)Formation of deep pockets between teeth and gums. 6)Loose or shaky teeth. 7)Persistent bad breath or bad taste in the mouth. HOW TO BRUSH RIGHT: 1)On the outer surface,brush at a 45-degree angle in short,half-tooth-wide strokes against the gum line. 2)On chewing surfaces,hold the brush flat and brush back and forth. 3)On the inner surfaces of the front teeth,tilt brush vertically and use gentle vertical strokes. 4)Brush your tongue in a back-to-front sweeping motion to remove food particles and freshen your mouth.Preferably use a tongue cleaner,easily available with chemists. 5)Use a soft-bristle bursh. 6)Replace your brush every two to three months. 7)Rinse your mouth with warm saline water before sleeping.
