You earn 25% of whatever your referrals make. if they make $100 you would get $25.
If they make $0 then you get nothing.

ohhh. 25% is not a small commision. well thanks a lot friend. i will be more focussed to get some one under me.

No problem, If you want to make money try starting a blog or affilate programs are good too. Try Amazons program.

I have just been looking through the FAQ's and can't find any information regarding to how much members will recieve from their referrals. So how much do we receive now? If it is still 25% then WOW! To be honest I would be very happy with just one active referral as I would still have a good chance at earning some decent money.
