If you are an American, you are getting screwed. Your parents are getting screwed. Your grandparents and great grandparents got screwed too. Are we going to sit around and let people fighting for OUR rights get screwed while we continue to pay the man? Sure we will. We are no longer the home of the brave, we are the home of the self-absorbed sheeple. THERE IS NO LAW: http://www.truthattack.org/

I know the truth as well as you do, on this matter! But, we need more "legitimate" sources! Can we get some official legitimate statements, etc? Do you know of the particular supreme court rulings that determined that Income does not include wages? Have you found any attorneys or those knowledgeable who will step up as well? David A. Reedy...

If they could pull their heads out of the azz of entertainment and their own little self absorbed worlds, long enough to watch the films, they would see the documentation provided. You do raise a good question. I'll keep searching till I find an answer. Once again, thanks for your support, David. Things have been getting pretty hairy lately and I'm really worried about Ed and Elaine right now.

oh, sorry. I see you've already done that. Let me rephrase my questioning then... When selling this truthful argument-- how do I prove that income tax is unconstitutional, and do you know the particular cases that, though ignored now, spelled out that fact that Income does not include wages? Also, the best info. regarding the Federal Reserve? I'm familiar with Aaron Russo's work--but you can't get the entrenched ignorami to watch a movie--they'll call it propaganda at best... hmm... quite the problem...

Stop giving Shannon a hard time. She's the only one coming in here with any sort of sensible evidence. Maybe if you'd post your proof instead of popping off at the mouth, you might be taken more seriously. PS: That amendment was never ratified, and it also states that corporations that make money for no labor is income, not wages. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XK5tm-QhLUA

Visitor,I hate to tell you Hun but, people have been trying to propogandize this crap for years. Many have taken the government to court with this excuse but I've yet to hear of a single incident where anyone has beaten the IRS out of any taxation. I wouldn't get myself worked up about a no tax law. How would the government operate without funds? How would infrastructure be built and maintained? Who would pay for military protection? Without government funded protection our children would be eating lead paint! I will grant you that our government wastes a lot of tax money but, that is to be addressed by a case by case basis. You are the law student,Why don't you do some real investigating on such laws and not buy into internet propoganda. Your efforts might be better served by creating a system that was fair .

And I repeat: Show me the law. If you're so smart, find it & show it to me. No one else has yet to do that.

Way to tell that guy by the way. I'd simply reply that over 50% of our gov't is unconstitutional in the first place, and to counter with the argument, who did we fund our country pre-1776 to 1913?

The only law of the land my friend is that which protects the guilty, the criminals and the bad element of society. If you have money you pay. The justice system protects the guilty and persecutes the innocent, when paedophiles need to be protected because they have 'rights'????? Law? I agree. You need to be bad, evil or a crim in this world for the law to work for you

Damn skippy. Our government was borne of your former government. They are still in cahoots to this day. This sh|t has been going on nearly 100 years. Though we fled the UK, we are not all that different from each other. Oppressed, lied to and kept in the dark.

indeed. sad, but true point. It's better still if some sensationalism can be made of the case.

I know that. I'm thankful I'm still a kid, and I'm contemplating being a nomad so I don't have an adress people can bill me at. The government doesn't charge the homeless taxes..and if I'm a nomad, technically I don't have a home...therefore, no taxes. I will not be robbed. I know there's no law, dearie. It's funny how often people argue that taxes are necessary and for a good period of time our country functioned without them. Built towns and laid roads..and that got paid for, now didn't it? Yep. Don't see why we can't figure out how to apply that to this day and age. Old and tried ideas are the surest to succeed, right? And the moral of the people would be up..and maybe more people'd be willing to 'do things for their country'...like the government's always talkin' 'bout.

Ah, I'm finding out that the majority of sheeple enjoy being sheeple. If I read "I don't care, it isn't affecting my life" one more time, I'm liable to go off the deep end. I have never seen so much selfishness in my life. The taxes are not legal and do not pay anything but the Federal Reserve (interest on national debt, not a dime on prinicpal)...ah, but you already know all that. "Just a kid?" Nah, just a kid who doesn't have her head up here u-no-where, lol.

There's a big difference in being stupid and being blissfully ignorant of certain facts...I've been there too. There just comes a time when once one knows something they have a choice to make, either mentally rationalize that the facts are not facts or deal with it head on. The stupid make the wrong choice. One a person knows something, they can rationalize it into something else, but they can't un-know it, ya know? ...sorry about the pun, it was lame, but I still couldn't resist.

Lol, I did once upon a time. Believe me. I was just as stupid as everyone else. I just thank the Goddess everyday I opened my eyes in time.

Where do I sign up? Holy sheet! You know I have actually heard of this before but figured it was just a load of bull from bent people. Not to discredit you and your findings but because I wanted to get more in depth, I did my own research after looking at yours. I LOVE IT!! I think before I decide to NOT pay my taxes though I will gather every single document you found and add it to what I found and THEN I will quit paying. I always knew those bastages were ripping me off but soon enough they can kiss my a$$. Another thing that pisses me off is why the hell do I have to pay social security? That is a load of crap! I should have the CHOICE to pay into my so called "retirement". My mother is 53 yrs old and has worked since she was 13. She recently got an updated statement from the SS office. It says basically "you are screwed, you are broke, you will only get $738 per month" DUH! Who the hell can live off of that? Pieces of crap!

Might want to check out Ron Paul too, if you haven't already. He has publicly stated he wants to abolish the IRS and give sovereignty back to the states, among other things. http://www.ronpaul2008.com http://people4ronpaul.blogspot.com And if you have anything you would like to complain about to elected officials or the media, the email addresses you need are here: http://contentcity.blogspot.com ...and yeah, you did make Paranoia happy when you thumbed your nose at the IRS.

Excellent idea. =) You might want to leave copies of said documents with people you trust and also in the hands of your lawyer if you have one. One can never be too careful this day and age ^_^ I think Visitor will agree with me though, I'm always happy when someone else decides to say "Screw you IRS." I'm sorry to hear about your Mom though. And I also agree we should be able to choose with our own retirement. The government screws the regular person over so much. ESPECIALLY the elderly though. And I hate that. Good luck with things, dearie!
