This is how you stay happy in life!

People in general are far too worried and sad in life. I know some people who focus on whatever negative they can find in their lives, and they keep criticising it and having conversations around it. In most of these cases, they have a point, or let's call it an angle. In most situations there will be a possibility to see something positive and something negative. Sometimes the negative aspects far out weights the positive aspects, but what one must realize is: YOU are responsible for making yourself feel GOOD or BAD! No matter what happens around you, which of course has a massive effect on you, you can dwell by the negative aspects, or you can search for a positive aspect and stay focused on that. This is my number #1 advice to staying happy!
Some more advice:
Try not to worry too much about the future. It's a good thing to prepare for the obstacles you expect ahead. It will make it easier for you to overcome them. But don't let these thoughts take all your attention away from your current situation. If you're always going to look ahead, you'll never be able to enjoy the current moment. And the current moment is extremely valuable because you never know when "that time in the future" will come, if ever. Try to find something to enjoy every day.
Similarly, don't dwell in the past. Everybody have done some thing they regret, but don't spend too much time regretting what you have done or what you haven't done. Learn from your mistakes, and be glad that you've had a valuable experience and that you now are smarter and more experienced than you were before.
Finally, try to get a bit of fresh air every day. Sunlight is good for you, and it will make a difference if you eat some fruit every day. Try to exercise, or at least move your body if you get the chance.

I believe that, however difficult the problem is, you must not lower your head,you have to raise it.And smile always, never leave your "happy side", how if it this had not happened, follow your own life, face your problems, being always happy. Don't think about your future, live the present, and forget your past!
