I just wondered how many of us there were that have tried to stop smoking. How many times you have attempted it. Did it work, have you never looked back. What method did you use. Lozengers, gum, puffer thingie, patches, will power etc.
I have been smoking since I was 11, I am 24 now. I quit smoking 10 weeks ago. I still have cravings but not so much for a cigarette, more for the habit. Having one after a meal or snack, having a cuppa and a chat etc.
I was prescribed smoking tablets from the doctor. I thought they worked excellently. 1 a day for 6 days then 2 a day for up to 7 weeks, though I stopped taking them after 4 weeks. You can smoke on them and they cut you down gradually till the day you choose to quit.
