Before I start I will say, I know I am 24 but I am young at heart and a sucker for chick flicks.
What a lovely film, Anne Hathaway is fantasticly funny and geeky, and the one and only legend ever Julie Andrews. Do you prefer number 1 or 2, I can not make my mind up, I do have to watch them both if I put them on. I think they should make more, don't you?
Anne Hathaway was great in Devil wears Prada too.

Pshaw. no need to explain your age and why you like the movie. Honestly there are tons of people way older who loved it. My great grandmother did! granted that was cause of Julie Andrews but still!
I'd say the books that the movies were inspired from, however, would be a bit juvenile for someone our age (i'm 25) to be reading.
I loved them too. Not the second one as much as the first. but both of them were way cute.
I didn't like the Devil Wears Prada. never read the book, was bored during the movie.

The movie (devil wears prada) was long and dull, in my opinion. I actually stopped paying attention about half way through and I'm a huge movie nerd... it's rare when a movie bores me that much.
My great grandmother passed away a few years ago. but thanks.

I personally did not like the movies as much as the books.. The books are truely a lough out loud book And they are nothing a like the moives and the book. I know that is the same case for a lot of book turned movie types.. But I mean the movie is way off compared to the books.. Very few similarities in the books.. And there are 8 books out I think and a 9th one is coming out soon.. Cant wait.. But i strongely think you should read the book... Also the Devil Wears Prada was a better book but atleast the movie was a lot closer:)
