Loosing weight quick

If you had to loose 15 lbs quick (2 weeks or less) how would you do it?
There is no diet to modify (we eat no junk/fatty/sugary foods; most days are completely vegetarian) and already taking Green Tea pills to help with metabolism. Exercise will help, but probably not fast enough.

There is no such a quick fast method of reducing weight. Each person has to undergo an extensive exercise program in order to achieve this.
Maintaining yourself by following a balance diet will be so helpful if you just believe in yourself. This really helps a lot, as the food that you eat is the main reason why a person becomes obese.
Secondly, you have to exercise regularly as much as possible. If you want to achieve your target weight goal, then you have to do this regularly. Jogging and light weight lifting can be helpful in this regard.

Its not always easy to shed weight after u have gained lots of it.. The most straightforward way to reduce weight is to reduce the intake of fatty foods, and increase the intake of fruits and vegetables.. U shud try eating fruits only once in a day during ur meal time.. Its a slow process but it wud also increase ur energy levels, u wud be able to walk more, and that wud also help in reducing ur weight.. All the best..

The only thing I can really think of is a juice fast. That or a water fast. It is pretty extreme, but that is really the only thing you could do to cut back calories really quickly. Good luck!

Don't let him sleep. Sleep deprivation is to my mind the easiest way to lose weight. It kills the appetite since you usually sleep around 8-14 hours straight, you miss a meal or two. So, everything's peachy. The ulcer that usually follows is a nasty side effect though.

personally,to lose weight too fast is always affect our body in a negative way. i mean it's harmful.
we should base weight loss on health.
then do certain physical exercise regularly everyday.
rearding eating, try to eat more time and to eat less for each time. always remember don't eat much for supper and never eat anything except for water before sleep.
what i said above is my frank advice. i hope everyone can lose weight and keep fit in a healthy way.
