Shen Zhen's climate it more likely the same that of the Philippines. But what set Shen Zhen aside from the other Asian countries is that its local government manages the locale so well. I was walking one morning at the lobby of the hotel I was staying when I get to see two guys, both passed out because of alcohol intake, sleeping under a tree. What amazes me is the fact that their clothing - shoes, shirt, jeans, wallet - are still with them. People are different here in the Philippines. Try going to a bar with your wallet and phone and get yourself drunk. Early next morning you'll realize you've lost everything. How can a country progress and avoid theft or even stealing when even the common people are the ones starting it too? Isn't that absurd?
