Earning money on myLot

I'm about to hit the dollar mark on myLot.com. Finally. I'm wondering if there is a better way to earn money on here. I've responded to quite a few posts and so far I've only made 99 cents. Do you find that you receive more money from starting new discussions? Any ideas on how to increase my earnings? I am somewhat limited in the amount that I can type per day/week due to old repetitive strain injuries I got in college. therefore I'd like to maximize the returns on what I can type. Any ideas or tips appreciated.

Hi there, I find that when I start discussions my earnings seem to increase more than if im just responding to other peoples discussions. I think that if you are looking to keep the strain down on your RSI, start good quality discussions (much like this one) and only respond to those until the conversation has been exhausted. If you feel up to replies, just try and make them more than three lines long because quality replies earn more than a few lines here and there. As to your injury, have you tried deep heat? ( I know you might have already but its worth suggesting right?) my mum has the same thing and shes found that a combination of anadin painkillers (its got ibuprofen in it) with deep heat keeps the pain away long enough for her to do what needs to be done. Granted there are times she has to wear her wrist support but its not as often as it would be if she didnt use the deep heat.

Thanks for your answer, I had a feeling starting discussions might be worth more than continuing old ones and will try to keep that in mind. I'll also try to make my answers something worth reading, usually I think they are but I have done a few one line responses when that was pretty much all there was to say. I haven't tried the deep heat, what do you use to get that? It sounds like it might be really helpful. Let me know the details about it if you can. I hadn't heard of it before.

I'll have to keep any eye out for it or something similar. I don't live in England, so wish me luck in finding a product that works as well. And thank you for the information, I was visualizing using some sort of heating pad when you first mentioned it.

deep heat can be bought over the counter and comes in a spray or a cream format. The cream i find is the one that works the best. All my mum does is have a really warm bath and then rubs the cream into her wrists. It immediately starts warming up the inflamed area and eases pain and discomfort although the warm feeling is wierd at first lol. I think its classed as a muscle rub in most places but i do know it works like charm. You can usually buy it just about anywhere in england from supermarkets through to pharmacies. You could try asking around at your local pharmacy to see if they've heard of it or have it in stock. It may be though that you would have to buy it on the internet but it isnt expensive so thats ok lol. Thankyou for the response mark!

I didn't know about the stars, I'll have to read the welcome information more carefully. I seem to have missed things. Thanks for the heads up and good luck with your own earnings.
