I really don't get angry all that easily. I grew up with a mentally handicapped younger brother who really got upset if anyone in the house was mad about something because he thought it was his fault. Because of that, we all learned to control our reactions to each other and the world around us. It's possibly my high point as an adult. Nothing is as serious as we make it to be, most of it is silly drama we create.

I get angry when I am frustrated or confused, instead of just dealing with what is frustrating or confusing me. Anger is a secondary emotion, I try to consider what it causing it.
