Participate in NaNoWriMo this November!!

NaNoWriMo (Or National Novel Writing Month) is a challenge that takes place every year in November. The goal is to write a 50,000 word novel in a month. You sign up at http://www.nanowrimo.org, where you can find tips on how to stay motivated, your own account, work from other NaNoWrimo finalists, advice from people who've had their NaNoWriMo novels published, and alot of other great stuff. This year will be my first time participating in this event, and I was wondering if anyone else would like to participate. Hope you consider it, it's a great way to learn to commit to your writing, and alot of fun:)

It sounds like fun but I am so busy with my 1 year old daughter and other things that I do. I may check it out though. I would be a little scared though, I write a lot but I haven't finished a novel before just some short stories. I have a hard time even knowing if my writing style is what people like or even the subject matter. I guess my problem is I am scared.
