Why is toilet paper scented?

To me that seems like a allergic reaction waiting to happen, your going to flush it anyway. Who is smelling it?
Or is it suppose to make the bathroom smell better. What is it suppose to be making smell better anyway? I have a regular air
freshner in my bathroom and it's in the toliet. That keeps the whole bathroom smelling good.

My mother always buys apricot scent toilet paper. I went to the bathroom at my hairdressers and there was strawberry scented one. I find that funny. I was telling that to my boyfriend joking that if one uses that toilet paper his a** smells like apricots or strawberries. I find that useless but a good marketing trick.

We don't use air fresheners or scented toliet paper in our house. I only buy Scott1000 which is white and unscented. Works for us.

I actually like it and does leave a lovely Scent even though I have an Air Freshener also in my Bathroom
As for the Allergy well that is why it is stated that it is scented and it will not be a Chemical Scent but I do agree that some People might show to an reaction
I only buy it when it is on offer as it is to expensive lol

I know! I don't get that at all. I mean, whats the point? Maybe they just like being fancy. Its like fancy ketchup.
Maybe its to make your butt smell good.

I think it helps refreshen the person after using the restroom. I don't know but you may be right, another way to refresh the bathroom because of the roll spinning. To be honest, I've never thought of it that way but it's logical. I'm like you, I can't use it or I'll have a terrible allergic reaction if I get that scent anywhere near my skin. It's a no no for me! LOL
