during vacation i think i spend at least 8 hours and i feel so guilty afterwards for not being able to do much , but my sister, tv is her way of life i think she only sleeps 6 hours and the remaining time is for watching tv, when there is school i normally would watch for 2 hours and i would like to lessen that too, it really makes me feel guilty, i have one classmate who dont watch tv at all he says tv is an idiot box, and sometimes i must admit he is right.

When I was younger and had more time on my hands, like when I lived with my parents I would watch up to 3 hours TV a day. Nowadays it's about 1 hour or less most days, more if there is a film on that I especially want to watch. I guess in recent years with the advent of internet and email I spend far more time communicating with friends online that by telephone or by snail mail than watching TV :)

I watch zero hours in a day. We have no television service so no stations come in. I might watch a movie once or twice a week though. The only thing I really miss about not having the tv service is the news and the weather reports.

I used to spend all of my free time watching television. Then I gave up my cable connection....I got mad at them because of what they were wanting to start charging for my internet, etc. so I dropped everythingwith them. Anyway, now I only get the over air stations and only on one tv set. I no longer come in after work and plop down in front of the tv set and stay there until bedtime. I walk or run which is the much needed exercise, I read, I listen to the radio, I am on the internet a lot more probably, but I believe...even writing this message is a positive situation as I am using my brain to compose the sentences, my thoughts, etc. I now spend my tv time sort of like appointment time...when I really want to watch a current show or play a VHS or DVD.

When I was younger, I used to watch tv less than one hour in a day, because the programme tv in morocco began at 6 in the evening and finish at 11. Nevertheless, I enjoyed Very hardly those moment. Cartoons were so innocent,so magik that the world was pinky for me.
Today I am 35 years old and tv works without stopping, there are a lot of programs, many channels, but I lost my interest because of zapping, or quality of programms or simply the age. Hoppfly there is dvd player and I can watch movies, descovery films and cartoons.

Not many hours anymore.Sure when I was a kid or teenager I was watching tv a lot, but now I just find it liek a wasting time to watch it too much.If I watch something it would be jsut some document, news or exercise program. Also now when we have interent I can watch it wheneevr I want, just need to find on the internet and also all thecommercial are the most time taking off the show, so it save my time too.
