Were coming up on the year of our buying our home and its time to REFINANCE!!! woohoo!! hopefully with the way the market is we can do so with a much lower payment as well as rate. Does anyone know who is Repreatuable, LIGIT and easy to deal with! as well as a low *closing cost* Anyone whos friends have used anyone hey had a great expierence with? ALSO - what is it called when u want to borrow more than the mortgage loan and use for remodeling and such!! ANY HELP MUCH Appreciated!! Im taking any and all advice :) xx and ill be glad to post how things are going step by step or after it all as well:) XX AND pass on the good news as well Thank u
