Ads Dividend?

Has anyone tired this site before? I t works like Google Ads but it does not have the high pay out. Plus you choose the ads that are shown.

I must say, the website looks unprofessional, has spelling and grammatical mistakes, and doesn't look like a serious company. I would proceed with caution.
