Do Looks Matter?

Would you prefer someone who looks good, or someone who has a good personality? I grew up in Los Angeles, where everyone is so worried about their outer appearance. When I joined the military I realized that I was quite shallow in some ways. As I grew up, I realized that the outer appearance means nothing. The true stud is one with a great personality, has a fear of God, and not selfish. What do you think? What is the first trait you look at, when looking for a companion? Not only in intimate relationships, but in friends as well. I know some people, like to hang around good looking people only, which I think is crazy.

To the emotional world which includes me looks doesn't matter to a great extent but to the practical world looks sometimes matters a lot. In odays world most of the people see your outer appearance first and then your qualities and talents. But as I said that looks doesn't really matter much to few people. For example, however ugly a son may be...but he is always the most beautiful and handsome to his mother. This is pure affection where nothing else matters.

Hi there, what's been up to lately buddy?
Well, i'be had my own discussion as well that talks about if looks is really matter by having a friend.
As i have said, Looks for me is not that important as i prefer to have pals with a big heart and good attitude.
being a down to Earth person and somewhat funny or humorous are the types of people that i really admire most.
However, it would be really cool if we do have big hearted good looking pals, isn't?
Have a nice day ahead and happy posting and earning here in mylot.
Godspeed,
Kiko

I prefer someone with a good personality. In relationships as well as friendships. "Beauty is only skin deep."
