what makes a great leader

Some people belieive that leaders are born while some believe that leaders are made,just kinda want a clarification on what truelly makes a great leader and the attributes that makes some greater than the others even when they tend to do the samething.

Let me tell you a fact. Noboy is a born leader. Its only with age and his attitude that he matrues to become a leader. Being a leader your first attribute must be multi tasking . A leader not only takes care of his own work but also his team members. He must take all responsibilities of his team , even in a worst case situatuons. He must see that there is co-ordination in his rule. He must have the power to demand what he needs and get it done from members.
The first thing thats important here is trust on self and positive attitude.
